The most common group cycling challenge: not everyone rides at the same level.
An e-bike closes that gap entirely. Stronger riders go unassisted. Others use electric support. The whole group covers the same route and arrives at the same hotel — without anyone feeling held back or pushed beyond their comfort.
E-bikes are available across all 20+ destinations in our portfolio and are our strongest recommendation for any mixed-ability group.
For groups who want a local expert alongside them every day, guided tours are available in Slovenia.
A guide rides with your group throughout — adjusting the pace, handling the unexpected and sharing local knowledge no GPS track can replicate. Two formats available:
Private guided — the guide is entirely yours, pace and plan built around your group
Small group guided — ideal for solo travellers or pairs who enjoy the social dynamic of riding with others
Group travel has less scheduling flexibility than solo touring — which makes timing more important, not less.
May, June and September are the strongest months across most destinations — manageable temperatures, long days and accommodation that hasn't yet reached peak summer capacity.
July and August are perfectly rideable but securing rooms for larger groups requires significantly more lead time.
